These Terms of Use apply to the website operated by Koo English Academy Pty Ltd, ABN: 65 699 001 799 (“Koo English”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms.
The current website provides information about the Koo English Academy project, proposed educational products, development plans, recruitment, contractor opportunities and university or professional collaboration. It does not currently provide child accounts, subscriptions or the complete learning service.
2. General information only
Website content is provided for general information and project communication. Features, timelines, prices, opportunities and plans may change. Nothing on the website is professional advice, a guarantee of appointment or partnership, a promise of any learning outcome, or a binding offer unless expressly stated.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to mislead others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with security or operation;
- introduce malware, automated attacks or harmful code;
- scrape or systematically extract content without permission;
- impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorised to provide; or

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, documents, product descriptions, curriculum concepts, graphics and designs are owned by or licensed to Koo English Academy Pty Ltd. Submitting an application, proposal or expression of interest does not guarantee an interview, appointment, project, partnership or minimum volume of work, and does not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship.
Do not submit confidential third-party information, proprietary source code or material you are not authorised to provide. Personal information submitted through the website will be handled under our Privacy Statement.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Koo English Academy Pty Ltd Privacy Statement. Children should not submit personal information through the current website without a parent or legal guardian.
Separate service terms, privacy notices and consent arrangements will apply before Koo English Academy Pty Ltd offers learning accounts, subscriptions, payments, speech recordings, automated pronunciation assessment or school and learning-centre services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date published on the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
